Mike Sorrentino, also known as "The Situation" of the MTV hit reality TV Series "Jersey Shore" and known for flashing his six-pack abs routinely, is now on the verge of entering the music industry. Mike's now set to release his first single dance track entitled "The Situation" from which he collaborates with DJ Class, Fatman Scoop, and Disco Fries according from a clip that TMZ posted on their website.

The techno beat track is set to hit iTunes this week. The situation's vocals are almost tweaked where it's almost impossible to recognize but the lyrics and his tweaked voice seems to be in line with the beats.

Sorentino's spokesperson could not be reached for a comment. The Gym, Tanning, Laundry Evangelist, "The Situation", didn't made any reference about his upcoming track release when he showed up at Hoboken, New Jersey in a tanning salon where waiting fans for long hours lined up to take his pictures and autograph said the Jersey Journal.

It's still unclear whether Mike "The Situation" released his track just for his kicks or he's really in the verge of crossing over the music industry. This makes him the second cast among his fellow "Jersey Shore" co-stars to try a different scene wherein the first co-star "Pauly D" got nominated by the annual America's Best DJ competition that making him among the top 100 club spinners among USA.

Lindsay Lohan Denies Scram Bracelet was Set Off

Another warrant of arrest was issued to Lindsay Lohan by a judge for setting off her alcohol-monitoring bracelet. A bracelet that monitors the bearer's perspiration for alcohol intake and is strictly not allowed to be removed until granted by a judge. Apparently, it was also the same Los Angeles judge who earlier issued Lindsay a warrant of arrest for her failure to show up a in mandatory progress review hearing about a month ago.

Judge Marsha Revel of the Superior Court found that Lindsay violated her previous bail terms, resulting for her to raise Lindsay's post bail up to $200,000 which she later posted in order to avoid any arrest until the actual hearing that would take place next month on July 6. Judge Revel could possible impose for an immediate hearing for bail revocation as soons as she gets the Scram report.

According to Attorney Jane Robison, the District spokeswoman, it was during the Sunday evening of the MTV Movie awards after party that the alcohol monitor bracelet also known as SCRAM device that was placed last month on Lindsay was triggered. The Scram device is part of Linday's probation terms after her convictions of two DUI cases. It still unseen whether the device was triggered by an alcohol detection or if it was tampered, both of which would lead the device to alert the authorites.

Lindsay blasted the media with profanity and false accusations on her twitter page. She denies any allegations of violating her previous bail terms and is persistent that her Scram wasn't set off or anything. A jail time is possible for Linday if ever that she is proven of any kind of violation to her bail terms that includes submission of random drug testing and alcohol abstaining.

Megan Fox was all over Gossip News this past month about her not being casted in director Michael Bay's upcoming new movie Transformers 3. Megan, who was part of the first two sequel of the Transformers franchise, allegedly had criticized and bad mouth the director, some production cast and crews. Megan's spokesman announced that it was Megan's own choice to be not part of the Transformers third installment.

It was well publicized and hyped up by the media, and some say leading her exile in the third franchise production, even though according to her representatives, she left the movie having good terms with everyone in the movie production. For some people, they thought it marked the beginning of Megan's career downfall. But it turns out, it was just speculations, as she was recently casted to another box office franchise movie giant in Walt Disney's latest installment of The Pirates of the Carribean: On Stranger Tides.

As soon as Disney's production executives were looking for a very sexy actor that would play a sexy mermaid role, she thought of it as the perfect role for her. Also, the fact she is a huge Johnny Depp fan who plays the role of Captain Jack Sparrow whom she will seduce in the film, made her more determined to be casted. She even told friends that she's so determined that she will do everything to land this role.

According to Megan, she's very grateful for being part of the first two Transformers sequel, for allowing her the opportunity and exposure to built her name in the movie industry. She said she's ready to move on and is desperate to be working with Johnny Depp whom she loved and idolized as an actor. The new installment of the Pirates of the Carribean would not be casting former stars Orlando Bloom and Keira Knightley. The movie is said to open next year where Megan will also co-star with another sexy actor and an Academy Award winner Penelope Cruz.

Conan O'Brien to Launch his New Show in TBS

Conan O'Brien, the famous red headed comedian, took him exactly 289 days of being totally out in the airwaves. Dating back from his last appearance on his final "Tonight Show" episode up to his soon to launch new TV Show that would debut this fall on November 8 in TBS network according to multiple news source.

The comedian took the stage in May 19 at Turner Networks' TBS and TNT programming presentation for advertisers at Hammerste Theatre in New York City to promote his new show for TBS.

He was even cracking jokes at the time and even breaking it into a song. "The plot to 'Lost' is more plausible than my last year at NBC, I really believe in cable television, I do not want to live in a country with less than five ESPN networks." the funny looking hairdew comedian said. He even sang a revamped version of Willie Nelson's song "On the Road Again" installing in the lyrics the phrases "I just want to be on my own show again."

It came a huge surprise for everyone that his new show entitled "CoCo!" will air on TBS rather than the much anticipated by media network Fox when he anounced it in April. Representative of O'Brien were in deep talks and under negotiations with Fox network when the talk show host decided to to take his talents to TBS instead.

"Lopez Tonight" hosted by George Lopez, the first Mexican-American to host a late-night talk show in English language in the United States, will shift to midnight which originally and currently airs at 11 p.m. It is to make room for Conan's new show that will air Mondays through Thursdays at 11 p.m. ET/PT. A time slot where in Conan would compete for TV ratings against the two most coveted long time rivals in tonight TV Shows giants namely the Late Show with David Letterman and The Tonight Show with Jay Leno.

"Conan has been the comedic voice for a generation," TBS already has a huge audience of young comedy lovers, and Conan's show will give these fans even more reasons to watch our network." said Turner Entertainment Networks president Steve Koonin. Troubled Lindsay Lohan to Play Porn Star

A couple of years ago in MTV News Celebrity Gossip, Anna Faris became headlines when she announced that she's planning to play late porn icon Linda Lovelace about her controversial rise and fall from fame. After Faris' departure on the project role, film producers has confirmed that they tagged Lindsay Lohan to replace Faris on the porn icon lead role.

A month ago the New York Post wrote an item claiming that Lindsay's friends were informed by the troubled actress, was to play the controversial role, "Deep Throat" porn star. Report says, Lohan was linked to a different project entitled "Lovelace," when in actuality, there have been talks by people that she is competing for a project entitled "Inferno."

Contacted separately by MTV News, Wali Razaqi, The producer of "Inferno", told MTV that director Matthew Wilder told him, the role would be very good role for Lindsay and that they're hoping to have her. "Inferno" Producer Chris Hanley did confirm that Lohan's participation has has been locked in. The producers are making plans to attend the Cannes Film Festival to seek financing, and had planned to officially announce Lohan at that time.

Linda Susan Boreman more known by her stage name "Linda Lovelace" was adopted before starring in the 1972 flick "Throat". It's about a frustrated woman continuously exploring her sexuality. After "Deep Throat" arrived as a full-fledged pop-culture phenomenon that had stars like Johnny Carson and Jack Nicholson attending showings. Some believers still believe it's the most profitable movie ever made since the film has to date grossed more than $600 million worldwide. This eventually, cemented Lovelace as a household name.

In the later years that followed, Lovelace reinvented herself as an anti-porn rebel, grinded in poverty. She blames, Chuck Traynor, her manager/husband , for the experience she had during off-camera where she insisted that a gun was held to her head in those infamous "Throat" scenes. She died at the age of 53 from injuries suffered in an automobile accident in 2002.

For the last several years, Lindsay Lohan turned her once-wholesome teen star reputation into some very adult areas, giving more obvious reasons, "Inferno" become even more enticing with Lohan in the lead role. Conan O'Brien First Post Interview in 60 Minutes

In Conan O'Brien's first post interview with Steve Kroft of "60 Minutes" since leaving the "Tonight Show", he said that if he was in the position of Jay Leno, he wouldn't have taken back the show less than a year after publicly handing it off to a new host, which is him.

"That's me, you know, Everyone's got their own way ... of doing things." O'Brien Sunday broadcast interview, excerpts of which were released Thursday by CBS. During his sold-out concert tour, O'Brien mentioned the reason why he decided to leave NBC which he said, "this relationship is going to be toxic and maybe we just need to go our separate ways."

Conan's Tonight Show got poor tv ratings that enabled long time rival CBS' David Letterman show to surge ahead to first place while Leno's new show and time slot were threatened to be pulled since he wasn't able to replicate his Tonight Show tv ratings.

NBC tried to offer TV Shows host Leno a half-hour show at 11:35 p.m. and letting O'Brien keep the "Tonight" show name and begin a half hour later. O'Brien said no, since it will lead Jimmy Falon's "Late Night Show" time slot to be pushed further, so he denied this request by NBC, resulting for him to leave the network instead. Leno, who never wanted to leave "Tonight" in the first place, slipped back into his old home. "I wouldn't have done that, I'm not sure these people even really want me here," O'Brien said.

He didn't seem that his relationship with NBC still has a future. So he decided to sign with TBS to launch a new talk show in November. During the few weeks between his public decision and actual exit, O'Brien became something of a folk hero. An Internet "Team Coco" tribe rose up to support him, and O'Brien's ratings soared for shows with pointed jabs about his bosses.

NBC forbade O'Brien to give interviews that could be printed or telecast before May 1 on his bouyout. The "60 Minutes" telecast will be aired May 2. The interview excerpts may be a technical violation of that NBC buy out deal, although they are not expected to pursue. NBC and a Leno spokesman had no comment about O'Brien's statements.

Poison's Brett Michaels Rushed to the Hospital due to Subarachnoid Hemorrhage

Poison front man and US rock star, Bret Michaels, 47, was rushed to the hospital in Los Angeles with a severe headache on Friday. According to his publicist, after being diagnosed with a brain Subarachnoid Hemorrhage, it's classic symptom of is thunderclap headache(a headache described as "like being kicked in the head", or the "worst ever", developing over seconds to minutes). This headache often pulsates towards the back of the head and bleeding onto the surface of the brain.

Michaels, who appeared recently on the popular Primetime TV show Donald Trump's The Celebrity Apprentice was filmed several months ago but is halfway through its run on TV in the US - Michaels is one of the favourites to win.

"He's a great competitor and champion, and I hope he will be fine," Trump said.

Michaels, known to have diabetes, rose to fame in the 1980s as the lead singer of Poison. He had his appendix removed in an emergency operation last week, The rock band had hits including Every Rose Has Its Thorn and Unskinny Bop. Michaels recently recorded a song with teen star Miley Cyrus. He remains in critical condition in the hospital, conscious and able to talk, although with slurred speech, his publicist added.

"Bret is a fighter and we are hopeful that once all is complete, the slurred speech, blurred vision and dizziness etc will be eliminated and all functions will return to normal," a statement released by his publicist.
