Pauleen Luna, real name Marie Pauleen J. Luna, is a Filipino actor that was born in Manila on November 10, 1988 in the Philippines. Pauleen's parents are Eugene Luna her father and Cynthia Luna her mother. She has a younger brother named Miguel. She has a reputable known sporty lifestyle, being active in physical sports such as swimming, boxing and even jet skiing.
She's considered as one of the sexiest current Filipino actors, being ranked highly by different top prestigious magazines such as "UNO Magazine", "A-List Magazine", "SPEED Magazine", "Action & Fitness Magazine" and "YES! Magazine".
Pauleen first appeared on a Pinoy TV as a young child contestant in the talent show called Little Miss Philippines of "Eat Bulaga!" in 1995. She started acting and became part of ABS-CBN Network's Star Circle Batch 11 when she was just 13 years old. Her first primetime TV show was in ABS-CBN network's "Marina" where she played the minor role as Isabel. She appeared for a couple of more TV shows such as "Bora: The Sons of Beach" and "Qpids" for ABS-CBN in 2005 before eventually transferring to her current and ABS-CBN's rival network GMA Network.
Pauleen first primetime TV show for GMA network was "Etheria" where she played Odessa in 2005. She then succeeded it with TV shows such as "Hongkong Flight 143", "'Encantadia: Pag-ibig Hanggang Wakas" where she reprised her roles as Odessa, "Pinakamamahal", "Zaido: Pulis Pangkalawakan", "Ako si Kim Samsoon", "Luna Mystika", "Adik Sa'Yo" and her latest "Ikaw Sana" in 2009.
She also appeared for a number of TV episodes in "Love to Love", "Now and Forever", and her most recent "Sine Novela" as Honey Toledo-Ferrer.
