Andi Eigenmann Rise to FameAndi Eigenmann, real name Andrea Nicole Guck Eigenmann, comes from a Filipino, Swiss, American and German descent, is Filipino actor that was born on June 26, 1990 in the Philippines. Andi comes from a family line of actors, her father Mark Gil, mother Jacklyn Jose, half sister Maxene Eigenmann, half brother Sid Lucero, Aunt Cheri Gil, Uncle Michael De Mesa and her cousins Ryan Eigenmann and Geoff Eigenmann are all Filipino actors.

She finished her elementary and secondary level of education in Katipunan at Miriam College of Quezon City. She took up a fashion design course for her freshman year at tertiary level of education in Taft Manila at the College of St. Benilde a course in .

Andi first appeared on TV in ABS-CBN network's Pinoy TV series "Prinsesa ng Banyera" in a supporting character role named Sandy. She then participated as a contestant for the 2008 Teen Edition of the Pinoy TV hit reality show "Big Brother". She also joined the "MYX VJ Search 2009" where she only lasted as one of the 12 finalists.

In 2010, her big break came when she played both of the main character roles of twin sisters Agua Cristi and Bendita Cristi in the Rod Santiago's Primetime TV hit series "Agua Bendita". She later appeared on the TV show "Maalaala Mo Kaya" in the episode Piano as the lead character named Christine. Andi is also one of the regular host and performer in noontime Entertainment TV show "ASAP XV". She's casted by ABS-CBN to play the lead character role as Maria Mercedes Muñoz in the Filipino adaptation of the of the Mexican telenovela hit "Maria Mercedes".

She recently signed with Regal Films this 2010 as their newest Regal Artist. Andi is set to appear for Regal Films next succeeding movies in "Problem Child", "Madir Dearest", "Shake, Rattle and Roll" and "Temptation Island".
